Free of hexavalent chromium and environmentally friendly. Excellent resistance to corrosion and discoloration.

It is suitable for trivalent blue‑white passivation and trivalent color passivation, and can also be used for hexavalent multicolor passivation and olive‑green passivation.

Suitable for both immersion and spray applications.

A transparent organic anti-corrosion protective film is formed.

It can enhance the protective performance of various passivation films in neutral salt spray tests.

It can be removed using a hot alkaline degreasing powder.
Craftsmanship
Bright zinc plating → Recovery → Cleaning → Neutralization (2–3% nitric acid) → Passivation → Cleaning → JW‑891 pore sealing → Drying and curing (60–80°C)
| Tank volume: | Dilute with pure water to 200 mL/L (150–400 mL/4 L), adjusting the pH to 7–8. | |
| Temperature: | Room temperature (10–50°C) (do not heat the bath solution) | |

| pH value: | 8–9 (can be adjusted using diluted ammonia or ethanolamine) | |
| Usage time: | Immerse the workpiece in the tank solution, then remove it immediately, or spray the tank solution onto the workpiece. | |

| Maintenance: | Ensure that the concentration and pH remain constant. | |
