Free of hexavalent chromium and environmentally friendly. Excellent resistance to corrosion and discoloration.

It is suitable for trivalent blue‑white passivation and trivalent color passivation, and can also be used for hexavalent multicolor passivation and olive‑green passivation.

Suitable for both immersion and spray applications.

A transparent organic anti-corrosion protective film is formed.

It can enhance the protective performance of various passivation films in neutral salt spray tests.

It can be removed using a hot alkaline degreasing powder.
Craftsmanship
Bright zinc plating → Recovery and rinsing → Neutralization (2–3% nitric acid) → Passivation and rinsing → W‑890 pore-sealing agent → Drying and curing (60–80°C)
