This product is used in alkaline cyanide-free zinc plating and can be employed either as a standalone additive or in combination with WT. It effectively eliminates the burning and fogging issues associated with WT in high‑current regions, ensuring uniform coating thickness across both high‑ and low‑current areas and significantly enhancing the brightness of the plated layer.
TCA nickel-plating intermediate
It has a pungent, spicy odor and a slightly bitter taste. Used as an additive in semi‑bright nickel brighteners, it enhances metal distribution and ductility, resulting in plating with increased brightness and uniformity. It also helps to regulate the potential difference between semi‑bright and bright nickel deposits.
